  • well i had a general eng class A LIC. AND CLASS B general builders lic. from state plus a few CLASS C Lic. for concrete , framing, electrical. as well but that was yrs back now in the middle of nowhere on middle of nowhere ranch we still use the same specs. to build so its totally over kill here but it will never fail like some of the cheap builders build like. I did learn a great tip never never ever hire a district attorney to be your lawyer becasue he could be embezeling funds from TG&Y and aswell as me, second never turn in a judges step son in for dealing drugs due they will target you with there corupted cops that are in the drug trade as well, then you find out that the new replacement district attorney was sleeping with judge step son an the cops an sheriff department are in with a cult member that stealing your credit cards and debit cards while he using a fake electrical lic. to gain entry to work on people home and you bust him but he comes back to do harm and cops come to his aid an targets you as a owner protecting your own stuff plus your life he brang a hand gun to the home an attempted to put a cap in me but missed. of course the cops take his side due to they in cult group together and a order was to come after me for turning the judges son in for dealing an then the nightmare got worst, vandalization to home , identiy theft credit cards, then debit cards toward bank accounts in others states project accounts funds stolen out of due to bank linked accounts, the more you work the more they stolen....then i fell an got laid up for a few months no deposits no income nothing left all projects on hold till i could walk again with cast on, then back to work i went and dam with in 4 days of deposits of funds back to the nightmare the funds comes up missing then i quit using pc then after suppliers was paid i put it on computer then i got a call from bank that i had an over draft fee i said i not using them cards so they change them again went back to work a while doing everything myself pouring 7 to 9 yrds of concrete solo not flat work off back of truck in pits i did do 6.5 yds by myself a few days that kicked my but 2 days in row but i have tools that i can do it but its a real hard days. pulling it off and puddling it and then mopping it and then brooming it after it smooth as a baby butt and all edge up. an i dont over work it or let it get where the time is out on the crete plus all is state or federal inspector on site they all bet against me then they learn there lesson that dont bet against me due to i got the way that one man can do way of life and even being a victim of major corruption and robbery and identity theft for yrs i still do great things for the comunity but with this bug i am shut down and was going threw old papers and i got a letter from the attorney general from kansas thanks for letting us know your a victim of identity theft but the state of kansas can not h elp you and even though the crime was here we can not help you.. dang so the other letter was from the attorney general in iowa said the crime was from kansas we can not help you as well. victim of crime in kansas said sorry we can not help you with ideintiy theft and sorry your house was destroyed by crime we can not help you. i got a letter from civil rights group well sorry we can not help you because your not black. so as a disable veteran that has no rights but puts his life on the line has no rights so what did i fight for? as a owner of construction companys across the usa in many states that was target by crime and donated thousands upon thousands have no rights to any of my propertys or storage areas kinds of puts a light of what can happen if corruption runs wild it can happen to anyone and there is no justice in the usa if this is the case, having thousands and thousands of reciepts that match what i am saying plus bank statement that match reciepts and even making natioanl news in jan 3rd when i sent it to trump tower, and white house follow up letter that i got a reply from cfpb that was order from white house and even the fbi and seceret service drop the ball on this i not talking about change stolen i talking about thousands per day for yrs... even having the address of one of the mothers that stolen my identity with a fraud check signiture of her son writen them out which is fraud as well. even the local district attorney said sorry cant h elp you where i live and have my bank at. the other state stolen has no justice system or any way i can recover from this losses then here the real kicker in the nuts is that legal aid says we will help they dont even know what a loss form from irs 4684 was or how to fill it out by she a attorney ans has power of attorney to send your tax forms in and all wrong so now you owe for what was stolen or destroyed all by crime against you..... is that not a kick in the nuts.... now you have no lic. to drive your cars or trucks or simi all lock down so now you lay off the rest of you workforce and owing hundered of thousands of dollars per state from all this crime done to me.... so be safe in the bad virous going around and watch your back the crimianals under color of blue from judge, district attorneys, attorney generals, sheriff department, local police, treasure officer, jailer all from state of kansas and smith county kasas corruption ring.

  • Yo! I lived in So Cal for 37 years and got sick of the politics, the pretentious A-holes, rules and regulations, cost of living etc. and finally said fuck it and ended up moving to Colorado. Like you I’ve got roots in Cali, including all of my family, but ultimately I’m my own person and I wanted a better life for my wife and kids...a life where we don’t have to struggle financially, a life in a town with friendly people, clean air, and beautiful scenery 360 degrees around. Mountains, rivers, deserts and waaay less traffic than Cali were also appealing bonuses that factored into my decision. All in all I’m happy with the decision, and truth be told, my family back in Cali will be following us out here within the next few years, so I couldn’t be happier. I’ve always been a bit of a pioneer and risk taker, so you’ve just gotta stick with your gut and go for it. Good luck 👍🏼

And obviously depending on each case it Varys. But if you have the ability to go to college, there is still relevant majors who will put you further ahead in the world and still have the benefits of the trade work.

  • A lot of people don’t realize how important a good concrete guy is in construction! If you have shitty concrete then everything else will just be harder for the other crews to try and fix tile, framing, drywall! LoL point is always have a good concrete guy that does a good job and can pour a flat slab of concrete!

  • Gotta say, I agree with you on everything except the college route. Not everyone belongs in college, but some do. I’m going into chemical engineering and the reason I would not be out and about working is because I could work from almost anywhere with internet access. I have grown up doing carpentry and understand that every job has a niche. Some niches require college, trades however don’t. There’s a balance that must be met and if everyone avoids college then the scale tips from white collar to blue collar, flooding blue collar work instead. Just my two cents on it, I think overall we have similar thoughts on the topic.
